Teaching Aptitude -Learning is modification of behaviour in a child relativity.

Teaching is pedagogical process of learning . KALP Education system based on pedagogical teaching.
Definition of teaching according to H.C.Morrison  “Teaching is an intimate contact between a more mature personality and a less mature one .” It’s a task of teacher which is performed for the development of a child .”
So , teaching is a tripolar process. According to ‘smith’ these are –
1.      Agent or Independent variable: who helps in learning. Teacher works as an agent.
2.      Intervening variable: Intervening variable means teaching learning material and environment of classroom.
3.      Dependant variable: Teaching is incomplete without  these variable. Dependent variable means student.

Nature of  Teaching

One of the basic truths in education is that quality of education depends largely upon the quality of teacher. With good leadership and appropriate teaching aids, the teacher’s effectiveness can be enhanced .but the most ingenious plans of inspired administrator’s and the best array of instructional devices are of little avail if the teacher is” ignorant, unskilled and indifferent” .
Teacher is not a monologue but a dialogue, a dialogue in which one partner is vocal. But the other partner may be simple expressions on the face. By a query, part as in the dialogue.

Most other professionals who deal with children can afford some amount of specialization, of the physicians attention is given to the diseased body, the psychiatrist is concerned largely with the disordered personality .The kalp’s teacher must pay attention to the entire complex organism.
